Guarantee specific rankings or lead numbers
Google's algorithm has hundreds of ranking factors outside any agency's control. Anyone who promises a #1 spot or a guaranteed lead count is either lying or about to disappoint you. We promise effort, transparency, and proven process, not magic numbers.
Run case-result ads without jurisdictional disclaimers
Most state bars require specific disclaimers when advertising past results. We won't push a campaign live that exposes your firm to a bar complaint, even if a client requests it. We'll fix the ad, not skip the rule.
Write testimonials or reviews on behalf of clients
Fake reviews violate platform terms, ABA model rules, and most state bar advertising rules. We help you earn real reviews through ethical, compliant outreach. We never ghostwrite testimonials, never trade reviews for incentives, and never post on a client's behalf.
Take on directly competing firms in the same practice area + metro
Your competitors should not be our clients in the same market. Once we sign a personal injury firm in Tampa, we will not sign another Tampa PI firm. Your strategy stays yours.
Lock you into long-term contracts without an exit path
